Just like brushing your dentition, healthy habits had better be naturalized on a daily basis. The following is a guide to daily projects:

  1. Activity had better be a daily happening. Walk, run or jump for a minimum total of 20 minutes a day.
  2. Protect your skin. Sunscreen had better be applied on face, neck, arms and hands even in the dead of winter. It protects against climatic toxins also. Moisturise skin daily.
  3. Consume fruits, vegetables, grains, low-fat dairy farm products and small amounts of protein. Avoid sweets and additional processed foods.
  4. Meditate or spend a minimum of five minutes daily in quiet time.
  5. Find your spiritual self. Bring out what inspires you, raises your level of awareness, motivates you, and fills your soul.
  6. Exercise your brain. Read, study, figure out troubles, and learn new accomplishments. As does the body, the brain wastings with deficiency of use.
  7. Bosom somebody.
