Sometimes you back home and find that your feet are very stress. Try these tips:

Get some salt and warm water in some pail. Then, put your feet on it. Get some wash lap and give a litle massage on your feet or,
Get some ice block and rub it to the foot you need
When you sleep, let your feet higher than your head

You can use one tip. It is mean you should not use all the tips above. Because if you mix between warm water and ice it will affect other illness such as muscles bound.
