What do you know about Hyperactivity and Hypoactivity?

Hyperactivity
Impulsive, strong emotional reaction, attention deficit
Hyper = overexcited (opposite hypo)
Activity = action
Hyperactivity = too many activity

Well, from the meaning of the words we could say that hyperactivity is doing too many activities. Here, the child is doing much unnecessary activities. The children are making lots of unnecessary voices, such as screaming, repeated some word without any mean also running around the room or hall, hit things, throwing somethings and others. Here, the child with the hyperactivity almost doing things incompletely. It is because the child with disorder easy to react with new things or he can not concentrate to a specific thing in a longer time. In the therapy child used to be treated to learn to concentrate.

As noted in Wikipedia, overactive thyroid, lead poisoning, a typical depression, mania, anxiety, sleep deprivation and a range of psychiatric illnesses are some of the potential causes.

Here, I suggest if you have a child with this symptoms, visit your therapist or psychologist for more treatment. Because if this disorder left untreatment, it will very harmful for the people around of the child or the child himself.

Hypoactivity
Hypoactivity is the opposite of the hyperactivity. As you know, here the children almost do not doing anything or lazy. Here, the hypoactivity could also call as an abnormality of decreased activity of the body, slow motion, stiffnes of muscles, facial mask associated with neurological or mental diseases. Also, the child with the hypoactivity usually have problem with the speech.

Do you have a child like this? Well, consult your psychologist and your therapist. But the most important thing is acceptance to the child himself. Don’t blame his disorder, because it is related to the “Jungle Law” –the stronger who can survive– So, from thousands sperm, your child is choosen to live.
